Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By subscribing to Herenkou, you acknowledge that access to our AI-powered SEO tools begins immediately upon payment.
1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Lack of SEO performance or search rankings
- Changes in search engine algorithms or competitive activity
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
- Partial-month, partial-billing-cycle, or non-use of the Platform
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
2. No Trial Period
Herenkou does not offer free trials. All purchases are final once payment is processed.
3 Discretionary Refunds
Refunds may be granted solely at Herenkou’s discretion in limited cases, including:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Verified billing errors
- Proven technical failure that prevents access to core platform functionality
Contact support and we’ll correct it promptly.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; you’ll retain access through the end of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for. Cancelling does not itself trigger a refund.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent restriction from future use of the Platform
