1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that access to the Platform is granted immediately upon payment, and no trial period is offered.
2. No Trial Period
Herenkou does not offer free trials.
All purchases are final once payment is processed.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted solely at Herenkou’s discretion in limited cases, including:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Verified billing errors
- Proven technical failure that prevents access to core platform functionality
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Lack of SEO performance or rankings
- Changes in search engine algorithms
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- Partial use or non-use of the Platform
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
- Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent restriction from future use of the Platform
